BERGQUIST® BOND PLY TBP 400B is a thermally conductive, electrically insulating, double-sided pressure sensitive adhesive tape. The tape consists of a high performance, thermally conductive acrylic adhesive coated on both sides of a PEN film. BERGQUIST BOND PLY TBP 400B uses a dielectric film, replacing the fiberglass inherent in our BOND PLY 100 series products. The addition of the film allows for high dielectric performance without additional product thickness. Use BERGQUIST BOND-PLY 400B in applications to replace mechanical fasteners or screws.
