LOCTITE® 3873 is a light gray, opaque, thixotropic, self-shimming, thermally conductive, liquid acrylic ester adhesive. When used with LOCTITE® Activator 7387 its rapid cure forms a high strength, high modulus, thermoset acrylic polymer. Ideal for the bonding of various heat generating devices (power devices) to thermal spreaders.
