A 1-part, rapid cure, epoxy non-conductive adhesive that is halogen-free and specially designed for heat sensitive applications requiring a low cure temperature.
LOCTITE® ABLESTIK NCA 3280 is a non-conductive 1-part epoxy adhesive specifically formulated for heat sensitive applications requiring a low cure temperature. It cures rapidly, so you get high throughput in applications like bonding of light diffusing lenses over LEDs and assembly of image sensing devices, including camera modules. It is white in color to provide greater light reflectivity, and provides higher levels of adhesion at high service temperatures 60°C (140°F), while providing sufficient flexibility to survive manufacturing assembly processes.
