UR5608 is a tough polyurethane potting and encapsulation compound with a black finish. Its a tough resin ideal for applications where thermal shock or temperature cycling is an issue for the electronics.

It’s a good all round resin with good thermal conductivity and is flame retardant meeting UL94 V-0.
These characteristics make it useful in a diverse range of applications such as cable jointing, casting, coil impregnation, PCB encapsulation, transformers, alarms and battery terminations to name but a few.
